Biography
2003 to present: Certified by Stuart Alve Olson in I T'ai Chi, February 2003.
Practicing daily with Master Han Hoong Wang of the Yang Cheng Fu Taijiquan Association. Skills trained are Yang Cheng Fu 108 Form, Yang Cheng Fu Saber Set, Yang Cheng Fu Straight Sword Form.
February 2003: Trained with Grandmaster Zhang Xue xin in Hunyuan Qigong and Hunyuan Chan Si Jing.
September 2002: Trained with Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang in Taiji Spear, Tai Chi Rod, and Chan Si Gong.
August 2002: Trained with Grandmaster Yang Zhen Duo and Grandmaster Yang Jun in Traditional Yang Family Taijiquan 103 Form.
February 1997 thru July 2002: Trained with Dr. Yang Jwing Ming in Shaolin White Crane Qigong, Small and Grand Circulation Qigong, Qigong Massage, Shaolin Wai Dan and Nei Dan Qigong.
1996 thru 2002: Completed and passed all technical and physical requirements of the Senior Instructor training requirements in Bei Xizang Lama Bai He Pai (Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu), training under Senior Master James Olenick, a direct disciple student of Grandmaster Vincient C.Y. Chow, and Grandmaster Kwong Boon Fu. Trained in the treatment with Chinese Herbs External and Internal treatments in Muscle, Bone, Ligament, and Internal injuries. Trained in the Health and Longevity practices in Tibetan White Crane System.
1995 thru 1998: Trained with Rong Yiu Lu in Windsor, Canada in Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine.
